We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in Sheffield, offering all-round excellent sales support to assist with the sales growth of the range of Magnetic Material and Assemblies (MMA) products.
There’s plenty to do in this role, you will assist in increasing the sales volume and revenue of MMA products with both existing and prospective customers, both for home and export markets. You'll manage a diverse customer base, including end-users, distributors, representatives, key accounts, and OEMs, across a wide range of industries such as Automotive, Bearing, Precision Engineering, and a number of small engineering companies.
What about you? Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a similar role in either industrial/consumer goods, OEM Sales or distributor/reseller sales. You will have experience of managing a sales budget, KPI’s and selling to various sized customer accounts. You will have commercial knowledge and be technically minded. You will bring with you a desire to achieve results, a can-do attitude, and poses excellent communication both written & verbal.

There’s plenty to do in this role, you will take responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely processing of UK and export sales orders while providing an outstanding customer experience. You will handle both front-line telephone and written contact with customers as well using CRM systems to manage orders and provide administrative duties as required. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager as well as other team members and departments within the business.
What about you? You will have proven experience in customer service and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication when liaising with customers and colleagues. Attention to detail is key as you will be processing a high volume of sales orders ensuring accuracy is critical. You will be a highly organised person who enjoys and can easily cope with a wide variety of tasks and challenges required to ensure the department runs smoothly.

You'll ensure that safety stock levels are maintained, and that all immediate and future needs are met, preventing any production delays.
There’s plenty to do in this role, you will support the Product & Procurement Manager by efficiently procuring materials and consumables in line with forecasted demand. You’ll track open purchase orders to prevent disruptions, generate and update orders, and use planning reports to set order quantities and delivery dates. You will also handle reports to track and follow up on overdue items. You will manage pricing and vendor relationships within SAP. Additionally, you'll generate purchase orders for make-to-order (MTO) components and liaise with suppliers on invoice queries.
What about you? You will be self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with an understanding of suppliers and supply chain procedures. You will excel in fostering and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating effectively, and keeping accurate records. You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to adapt to various audiences. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and administration experience is essential. Sales Representative - Southern UK Region

If so, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will focus on supporting the efficient and profitable operation of our Magnet Material & Assemblies (MMA) and Magnetic Filtration product ranges in the UK South region. You will work closely with OEMs, tiered suppliers, and established distributor networks to drive growth and enhance our market presence.
There’s plenty to do in this role. You will be responsible for managing and supporting an assigned customer base, you will maintain and increase sales revenue for our MMA and Filtration product ranges, both with existing customers and by identifying new business opportunities. Researching and approaching OEM opportunities relevant to our Magnetic product range will also be a significant aspect of your role, ensuring we continuously grow our market share.
You will regularly review distributor and dealer performance to ensure the sales territory meets revenue goals, while developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. You'll conduct area reviews through phone, video conferencing, and in-person visits to strengthen relationships and uncover growth opportunities. Additionally, you will monitor, record, analyse, and report on sales trends, results, and activities, providing recommendations where necessary.
What about you? You will have experience in one or more of the following sectors: industrial products, manufacturing, OEM sales, or distributor/reseller sales. Experience in managing a sales budget, KPIs, and strategy planning is essential, as is a track record of selling to end users, OEMs, and local or national distributors.
