The Filtramag+ magnetic filter's high-intensity patented Neodymium magnetic circuits make it extremely effective for use with materials which have lower magnetic permeability such as tungsten carbide and cast iron.
This magnetic filter or coolant separator offers significant cost, quality and environmental benefits over traditional media based filters in precision metal cutting and drilling applications and also industrial wash systems. Read more about some of our successful installations.
With a stainless steel construction, Filtramag+ filtration system is ideal for use in harsh chemical environments and wash systems. Integral Dual Flow Technology TM ensures that extraction rates are maximised as ferrous particles are exposed to the magnets twice on a single pass through the filter. An optional mesh strainer is also available to remove any non-magnetic contamination. Filtramag+ also features the patented non-block magnetic circuit design which ensure fluid keeps flowing even when the filter is fully loaded.
